It works great!
I have no issues with my card and the features. I really like how I can view every transaction online and use the app on my phone when needed. Quick and convienient!

I am very satisfied with the card and its uses/functions. I do not have a mobile phone so cannot take advantage of some of your offerings. My credit score is interesting - never changes. Since I don't have any loans, I can't improve it.

I am a new person that has started to deal with bank and I was not aware of the things that are offered and I will look into them when I have time. I want to say that u refused me for a loan and then you sent me a check and I used this for the loan. I was very upset do to loan but check was honored and I used this. I paid my taxes with the check which I used this for. I make over 6 figures each year and I do not know your policies on loans but I owe no money to anyone but u refused my loan. I do not understand some things. I want to let u know that u do one way but not the other so I just want to say that u should try to be more understandable on loans. I thank you for the checks it helped at the time and it was something that I appreciated do to not wanting to sell my stocks to pay the taxes. Thank you

We appreciate that the Commerce team is vigilant about the charges on our Visa cards.
They have prevented bogus charges on multiple occasions.

Tap to pay.
I wish I could receive a card with the built in Tap to pay feature. I asked for one a couple months back. I was told sure, I’d receive a new card with the feature. But when I received the new card it didn’t have the Tap to pay feature. I called again about getting a card with Tap to pay,on the second call I was told you all didn’t offer those type cards. However the advertising picture for this questionnaire clearly shows a picture with the Tap to pay feature. So I’m left wondering what’s going on?!
