I haven't yet figured out how to redeem my points under this new, more complicated, system.

Found no problems with service.

I an extremely satisfied with Commerce Bank services.

Not a Fan

I have tried and I had Commerce Bank branch employees try and none of us could get the auto pay function to work. So, because of that I have to manually make sure I pay the total each month. I don't feel like I can use the card close to my pay date because I don't know if there is any grace period. The reward program is ok but not really very exciting. I am unhappy that my card doesn't support contactless paying (tap). To be honest, I've just been to busy/lazy to change Visa cards.

Still too high of interest rates.
