I have been satisfied with my Commerce Bank credit card. Customer service reps are pleasant yet efficient.
I find no fault in my financial relationship with Commerce Bank, other than high interest on my accounts and no way to gain credit somehow annually. Regardless, I've been a customer for over 45 years. Thus proof of my loyalty. Still, currently now retired and on a fixed-income, there should be sort of Tenure Appreciation Program available.
I am generally happy with the credit card and have had it for some time. I am probably not up to date on all features, but am trying to make sure that I am clear on everything

I don't use this card enough to get the benefits of rewards and other cards provide better rewards.
I have been a customer of Commerce Bank since 1987. Having the special connections card as my credit card and secondary debit card, as well as my ATM card is wonderful. The ease of use is great! As long as you have a Special Connections Visa, I will utilize it.
It is a fine card. The 1.5% cash back makes it my go to card when other cards donât have any special categories applicable to a purchase. I wish occasionally I could earn more than that reward though. Also, why are the other things on the rewards store actually more âexpensiveâ than cash back (dollar for dollar)? That doesnât make sense. Finally, Iâd love to see shorter hold times for customer serviceâ¦
I've been a member since 1972 and I've always benefited from the personalized banking experience at Commerce Bank. I have gotten to know many branch managers over the years and they have always professionally addressed my banking needs. I would recommend to any customer: introduce yourself to your local branch manager and develop a personal professional relationship. You will be pleasantly surprised.
