I find it difficult to use Commerce because my husband has a separate account and I seem to get his account instead of mine. I have to go into the bank to pay on my account.

i do not feel you treat long term customers with respect
As a 30 year customer, I missed a credit card payment due being out of town on a family emergency.
I was charged $65 for a late payment. I had four accounts totalling over $70,000
