I've had the card for a long time and have appreciated having it.

Outdated tech, limited rewards

My biggest drawback when comparing to other cards is the fact that when I got a new card there was no option for a tap card, only chip. The rewards system is still new, but feels like it may be worse than before. The international fees led me to get another credit card for an international trip, which has opened the door to me looking elsewhere for banking. And even aesthetically, the card feels cheap. At this point I only have the card out of the small convenience it still provides.
