Redeeming rewards
Used to be, rewards could be redeemed easily, like the total. Now it’s $25 at a time, takes too long to be convenient. Recently able to knock off some at Schnucks which is nice.

I misunderstood the offer that the Commerce credit card offered me. I felt bad when I saw there is an interest charge on my credit card account. I called the customer service and she tried to help me get the interest charge waived. I felt that I am taken care of by Commerce Credit Card customer service. Thank you for your time and understanding.
