I like how easy it is to use and everywhere I have used it is excepted the a wards are not as good as some cards and I don't like that the a ward expire the last time I checked I like to let them build up which may take some time .

Can’t stop paper statements
I have tried several times to go to only estatements, but no matter how many times I request them, I still get paper statements every month.

Incompetent customer, service, and difficult automated system
I can hardly understand the customer service representative, they want to argue with while you’re calling, it’s difficult to maneuver the automated system or to make a payment online
