This month I was charged around $42 for interest etc, fine.
But then I am charged twice that for my monthly minimum balance charge ($82 +).
This all on a balance of barely $4000.
What gives?
You also switched the rewards program to an outside vendor without me even knowing. This was unacceptable.

Credit Increase
I like Commerce Bank and having the card itself. Not appreciating how long it takes to get a decent credit increase/limit. I pay my card each month and have a good credit score. Card is going on 2 years old and not an increase yet. Really!

why is the request to use rewards following me around?
i'm unhappy with the request or prompt to use my rewards points when i'm using my credit card to purchase items at the grocery store and other places. i don't like it and it needs to go away.

Never without it
The Special Connections card has been my go-to credit card for 30 years now. It has only gotten better over the years. It's the one I never leave home without!
