Credit Card Features
There is good customer service happening with this card. I have never had a problem with my card. Commerce Bank rocks with customer service. This card is easy to use.

Competitively done business for these times, and good improvements.
There isn't a Commerce Bank location in the Quad Cities (Moline, Milan, Rock Island, Silvis, so my home to the bank directly is a drive to Peoria. That is my main limitation on this account now.

Apple Pay is a problem
When I called to set up Apple Pay, the employee couldn’t transfer me to the right person but tried. When I was transferred, the line disconnected When I’ve tried before, the employee was confused about what to do and I thought that employee was not trained in customer service or what Apple Pay requires. It’s a problem other credit card companies do not seem to have. If you are playing with the big boys, up your game.
Final issue, the film you use for your cards to present the loyalty program became easily scratched on the bar code and began to delaminate making the card unusable. I was able to get a replacement.
