In general, there is nothing outstanding about this credit card. It is convenient. I would like to see higher reward points given. Then I might use it more frequently.

Welcome Bonus Was Great, Ongoing Rewards Not So Much
The welcome bonus for opening a credit card was great. However, this is one of the few credit cards I have that has a minimum for rewards. I currently have $17 of points in my rewards account but can't redeem them for anything of value until I hit $25. Some of the options before I get to the 2,500-point minimum are:
A 10.5” x 5” x 13” "Large Silver Gift Bag with Tissue" valued at $15 in points: https://www.scorecardrewards.com/#/products/details/11-6106
“A Gift For You - Gift Card Sleeve”. For emphasis, this is not a gift but a gift ard holder. Like the cardboard piece that stores include for free when you buy a gift card. Valued at $5 in points: https://www.scorecardrewards.com/#/products/details/21-6958
And an “AT&T Wireless - 14% Discount on Monthly Charges”. This would of course vary in value depending on your bill and agreement with AT&T but I have never had AT&T and I don’t have plans to switch so not super useful. https://www.scorecardrewards.com/#/products/details/51-2474

Good card and perks...poor customer service
The major downside is the poor telephone service/responsiveness from Commerce Bank.
