Lock feature was limited to 3 days
After having 3 fraud issues this year I was disappointed that locking my card would only last 3 days.

Lacking tap to pay
I tried to add my card to Apple Pay multiple times, and I was not able to add it. I called the support center twice to help me. The first time I was told to try again the next day. The second time I was told that I would not be able to add it. The card does not have tap to pay technology so I am left without tap to pay option. Disappointing for a credit card.

Good customer service
I had fraudulent transactions and Commerce Bank was very helpful in getting the problem straightened out. I appreciated the fact that the bank appeared to want to prosecute the fraudster rather than just write it off.

Great card
This card gave me a great credit limit! Applying was easy and I was accepted immediately. I've used it for several vacations and weekend trips without an issue.

Commerce has made all the features easy to use with all their offers
Commerce is always my go to card, if I ever had any problems they were quick to respond and fix the issue of no fault on Commerce.
