0% and other purchases
I had a balance transfer at 0% which was paid off in the allotted time, but there were other charges that were made with on the same credit card and there interest charges added to my credit card. I would call customer service and have to get them credited, but they kept charging me. I had one representative that said commerce bank cc can't differentiate the new charges form the 0% transfer. My amounts were small, so it was easy for me to keep track of.

Increase Company Technology
Why does it take weeks to apply a payment through online banking (using Wells Fargo)! I have to schedule my payments weeks in advance otherwise they are received late. Other CC vendors are receiving electronic payments (credited within 2 days), while AOPA CC (Commerce Bank) requires a check be mailed.

You have been very helpful and transparent for the year I’ve had this card and have given me great options for combining my credit card debt. Even though I have not had to use the feature, it’s good to know it’s there when needed. Offering the full amount of cash advance as your credit limit is absolutely vital and amazing.
