Tap to pay.
I wish I could receive a card with the built in Tap to pay feature. I asked for one a couple months back. I was told sure, I’d receive a new card with the feature. But when I received the new card it didn’t have the Tap to pay feature. I called again about getting a card with Tap to pay,on the second call I was told you all didn’t offer those type cards. However the advertising picture for this questionnaire clearly shows a picture with the Tap to pay feature. So I’m left wondering what’s going on?!

We're discontinuing it's use. Got a card from a different bank.
For some reason Commerce discontinued E-Gift Cards. You physically mail them now. 50% of them get stolen in the mail. We switched to a card from a different bank.

Very Satisfied except Rewards program change
Very satisfied with this credit card except for the recent Rewards Program changes. The electronic redemption for dining gift cards was so much easier than ordering them through the mail and hoping they actually make it to you.

My Special Connections Visa
I love my special connections Visa! I use it for everything! Because I use it for most everything at the end of the year I can often get gift cards or items for loved ones for Christmas. It’s easy to use, secure, and if I need to lock down the card for any reason I can easily lock it in the Commerce Bank app.
