Good Solid card nothing special

I only have this account opened because it my oldest credit card account. It is solid but there are better credit card offer out there.

Please lower my interest rate

I was astonished by the excessively high interest that I'm paying, almost $100 each month. I believe that my interest rate should be lowered, based on the fact that I've been an excellent customer and have never missed making a payment. I always pay more than the minimum amount due. I am a retired senior citizen, and I would appreciate having a much lower interest rate. Thank you.

Making Progress, but Still a Ways to Go

Good that you've made some modest improvements lately, but I still don't look at Special Connections credit card as being as valuable to me as other cards.

Frustrating

Automated payment system did not take my payment and and representative had to process my payment and they said they would waive the process fee but they did not and buy them not waving the fee as they said they would overdrafted my bank account there was enough money for the payment but not the processing fee I was told by the lady that the processing fee would be waived due to the fact of the automated system not taking my payment after 5 or 6 tries the representative processed by payment for me and promised me that no fee would be charged for doing so and that was a lie because she did in fact charge a fee which caused problems because I only transferred into my bank account the necessary funds to cover my payment to commerce Bank the person that helped me process the payment was incompetent and calls me frustration over making that payment
