I love the instant notification I receive each time my card is charged. It keeps me on top of where and when my credit card has been used.

cash back reward is primary reason to use this card over others

Don't like having to choose Visa Credit or Usa debit each time

No matter where I use the card, I have to select Visa credit or USA debit each time I use the card. This negates the possibility of using the "tap" method of reading the card. Even when selecting credit on the merchant machine, I still have to select it again when I swipe the card. Would prefer the card defaulted to credit.

My card looks like the basic one. I am not sure if I was sent a special connections card

Interest rate is way too high

keep raising the credit limit, after asked them not to

About once a year or more we get a letter saying credit limit was raised, and I have to call to get it back down. I asked them not to do this, but they still do

A card for all seasons

The Commerce bank special connections card meets all of my needs. It is accepted everywhere. It never gives me any grief (no sudden declines at the point of sale terminal for no reason whatsoever) it always works well.
