Difficult to communicate by phone
My card was locked because of a large overseas transaction. So be it. I was not notified my card was locked. I called the phone number on the card and got marginal service. After a long wait and transfer from person to person. I was assured all was ok and my card was unlocked. It was not unlocked. I was not notified. I got a phone call to call Special Connections Visa. I called. I spoke to one person and was transferred. No one picked up the phone. I got tired of waiting without a professional status notice and hung up. Maybe I should get a Visa credit card from a professional organization.
