I am please with Commerce,
I am please with commerce and the service I received when I visit our facility. Need to spend more time trying to redeem my rewards.

Great card, but could be better
I have been happy with this card for the most part. There are a few items that could use improving. I do not know exactly how long I have had this card, but it has been a number of years now and I have never been contacted or has anyone reached out to tell me, they have reviewed the card and decided to increase my credit Available. It is the lowest available credit of all my cards and I have a high score. When I called, they said cards are usually reviewed from time to time, but I have never witnessed a review that I am aware of. I also have an issue with Redeeming rewards credits. They could be a little bit more user-friendly, and have many more options to redeem than what they do. I like to redeem the rewards in the form of a credit to the statement and it is extremely difficult to figure out how to do that. Otherwise, the app is user-friendly and I have had no issues.

Meets or exceeds expectations.
I especially like the link with Walmart where at checkout, I am prompted with the choice of using accumulated points to pay for my purchases.

It doesn't work like a credit card at point of sale.
I have a special connections mastercard and it won't work at a POS. You must enter a pin to use it in person. This was not always been the case. I have had this card for over 30 years and this only happened with the last two cards I received. I will not use this card as often as I could for this reason. I choose to use a different card. This one is terrible.
