Card is fine, but I seldom use it and use another card. The reward sysytem on the card needs to be reworked.

The rewards aren't the best
Most rewards you can get $25 for $2,500 points but your rewards got to get an extra $3,000 points that's the same 25 dollars

Don't use card any more.
I loved the flexibility of being able to use the card as both a credit and debit card. One that feature was eliminated, the advantages the card were completely eliminated. It now sits in a drawer waiting to be canceled.

Calling Commerce Bank
Commerce Bank personnel answering the phone in any and every department I have ever contacted have delivered cordial, efficient, and professional service 100% of the time. These people are wonderful. Even when I called the banking side about a credit card issue, the rep was patient, kind and helpful. He got me to where I need to be. I will never be without a Commerce Bank card in my wallet.
