Why I got your card…I have BAC AND CHASE but I wanted to simplify.
You have been a strong advisor in your branches. I always felt what your branch people told me made sense. I wanted to simplify. I moved from New York in 2012. There was no chase or bank America. I transferred my money to you. Each year I transfer from Schwab to you. Your people I trust. Not always agree with but one moment stood out……I had a receipt of payment from xfinity which xfinity would not acknowledge. The advice I got from your branch was realistic. I proceeded and a year or two later I stopped using my chase and BAC. I love competent companies. You are one along with schwab, when it comes to money. I’m using your card not to get points…I’d like to make another poor family get my points to celebrate the holidays.

Diligent protection
For the second straight international trip, our card was flagged for fraudulent activity during our travels. I appreciate the service, and due to the first encounter, had other funding sources to keep us moving on the road. While I wish it (fraud) hadn't happened, I appreciate that our trip wasn't spoiled by dealing with illegitimate expenses.

fast and efficient except getting to pay your bill on line
Had trouble paying bill with credit card on line - no fee payment - hard to get to - had to keep calling back to get to spot.
