Rewards not enough and redeeming points greatly increased per room.
The bang in points for using my Drury card have stayed the same for a decade. The points needed to redeem them per room at all Drury's have gone up 50% or more...

Slow payment credit
The card is great, but when making a payment its takes 12+ hours to credit my account. All my other cards credit my account with in minutes.
